Prices in the table below are our standard rates, for stays of more than five nights.
We ask for a 25%, non refundable payment at the time of booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday start date. Full terms and conditions are available to read on our booking form here: Booking Terms and Conditions
The rental price includes all fuel, electricity, logs for the open fire in the living room, bed linen, fluffy white personal towels, and a small welcome basket of groceries on arrival.
Up to two, well behaved dogs are welcome, at a price of £30.00 per dog, per stay. The back garden is dog proof, and the three acres of paddocks behind the house are ideal for exercising your four legged friends.
We ask that our guests arrive after 4pm, and vacate by 10am

We ask for a 25%, non refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payable eight weeks before your holiday start date. Holidays booked within eight weeks of the holiday start date are payable in full at the time of booking.
Please ensure that you take out adequate holiday insurance.
